The Beginning.
Wipe Nation was created in early 2009 by two undergraduate students at NYU. Willy Williams and Felipe Rendon prided themselves on their friendship and style and felt it was time for a change in the world of fashion. Wipe Nation was born out of a mixture of ideas and styles and since then, has more then just clothing in fact it has become a way of life and a way of thinking. Wipe is a funky mix of simplicity and classiness, elegance and grit, while all at once being sophisticated with an edge. Its urban chic, it’s simply Wipe. But more then just that, its what you want it to be, whether it’s an expression of your exterior and/or interior it’s entirely your choice. When we get to our end goal, Wipe will be Fashion with a twist, bow-ties and skinny jeans with classic tee’s and leather goods. It will be high end fashion mixed with red hook girt, its 1800′s, 1920′s, 1960′s, and 2000’s mixed and baked to create perfection. Wipe is about making a statement and being heard. We’re taking a stand and being noticed are you?
So there you go. That’s Wipe in a nutshell, for the moment at least. Where we are going with this will be a surprise for those who stay true. Let’s just say our minds are open and we want it to be for you. For those of you with ideas, who feel like you’re never targeted in the fashion world and nobody hears what you’re saying this is for you. So let’s begin. We are working on many tasks to bring you the clothing style you’ve been waiting for. The official website is on its way up, its currently under construction. Pictures of some ideas will be posted soon, we are just shuffling through to see which we should let out first. We can’t wait to let loose and we know you can’t wait to see what we really are. We assure you soon you’ll all be Wiping the world with us so, get ready to take part in the movement, the Wipe Nation movement. For now this blog will be a form of communication from us at Wipe Nation to you, our followers. We’ll be letting you know any trends in the fashion world, and updating you on our moves to spread the movement.
